In 2022, COSKAL became the Exclusive Agent of Sanulac for the markets of Ethiopia and Djibouti.

Sanulac, a subsidiary of Lactalis, is the sole producer of Alula Gold, Alula Standard and Infacare in Africa.

In March 2025, following a new strategy and in line with the fast growth of Ethiopia, COSKAL negotiated successfully the appointment of ETTE (Ethiopian Tourist Trading Enterprise) as a co-agent for all Alula Gold and Sanulac products for Ethiopia.

COSKAL remains the exclusive agent of all the above products for the markets of Port Sudan and Djibouti.
